Who can install my lighting?
Visit our find an installer page to see if we have a registered installer in your area. If not, these lights are designed for DIY installation up to the wiring stage. We recommend all wiring be done by a registered electrician.
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
LED lights and Neon signs take 2-3 weeks from payment to delivery. We ship these items via express air. LED tunnels take 8-10 weeks as they are made to order and shipped by sea.
Do you ship to my location?
Yes, we ship globally via express air to all locations.
How hard are these lights to install?

Can I return my item?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Can I make grids to custom sizes?
Yes, we can create grids to any size or shape. Please email info@getlitledlighting.com with your custom dimensions for a quote.
How do I measure my space to know what size I require?
Measure the perimeter walls. For example, if the room is a rectangle, measure the length and width. A room measuring 6 meters long by 6 meters wide would be a double car garage.

Where will my item ship from?
Depending on order situation, location, and current domestic supply, we use both domestic and international warehouses to ship our products.
How much do the lights weigh?
Our lights are made from aircraft-grade aluminum and polycarbonate materials, making them extremely lightweight and easy to manage.
Can I install on a dropped ceiling?
Yes, installation on a drop ceiling is straightforward. Secure your lighting to the ceiling with our provided zip ties fastened to the grid frame.
What is the warranty?
Our standard kits come with a 5-year warranty. Damage due to improper installation is not covered under this warranty.
How bright are the LED tubes?
Each standard lighting tube is 720 lumens, and each large lighting tube is 960 lumens.
Do the lights come pre-built?
No, each kit comes unassembled with an easy-to-follow, step-by-step instruction manual.
